Dr. Tseng went on to Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx to pursue his medical degree. There he fell in love with ophthalmology and caring for underserved populations. After an internship in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, he returned to the Montefiore Medical Center to complete his ophthalmology residency.
An interest in corneal pathology and surgery led him to pursue a fellowship at Northwestern University where he learned to manage a wide array of corneal diseases and perform complex cataract surgery, corneal transplants, and laser refractive surgery.
Dr. Tseng is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to his patients and is thrilled to be joining the Mid Atlantic Cornea Consultants team as a corneal specialist. He speaks conversational Spanish and Mandarin.
Dr. Tseng resides in Towson, MD with his new wife, Hye Yeon.
